Shamrock Club of Wisconsin St. Patrick’s Day Parade

March 14, 2026 | Downtown Milwaukee

One of Milwaukee’s favorite traditions, the Shamrock Club of Wisconsin St. Patrick’s Day Parade celebrates the city’s Irish heritage with a mile-and-a-half parade through downtown. The event features more than 100 parade units, including Irish dance schools, bagpipers, festive floats, music groups, and even Irish wolfhounds.

Thousands of spectators line the streets each year to celebrate Irish culture and community traditions.

Bluemound Road St. Patrick’s Day Parade

This popular west-side parade runs along Bluemound Road from 65th Street (Balistreri’s) to 51st Street (Kelly’s Bleachers). Neighborhood crowds line the route to enjoy festive floats, Irish music, and plenty of green.

Town of Erin – 47th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade

March 17, 2026 | 11:00 AM
(Road closure begins at 10:00 AM)

A long-standing Washington County tradition, the parade begins at Hwy K and Shamrock Lane, travels north, and ends at Holy Hill Road / Hwy 167. Organizers returned to a previously used route due to safety and logistical improvements.

Festival Park – Downtown Racine

This festive 5K run/walk kicks off Racine’s St. Patrick’s Day celebrations before the parade begins. After crossing the finish line, runners receive admission to Shamrocks & Shenanigans, a celebration featuring Irish music and beverage tastings.

Luck of the Irish – Winter Run Series

Veterans Park – Milwaukee

The final event in Wisconsin’s Winter Run Series includes 5K and 10K races along Milwaukee’s lakefront. Participants are encouraged to dress in festive St. Patrick’s Day attire while celebrating the holiday spirit.

County Clare Irish Inn and Pub – Milwaukee
